Just as the Imperial Shrine Associations, local teocallis are grouped by regional associations. The Central States 'Q' Association CSQA, established in 1992, has the honor of being the oldest of the regional associations with Kukulcan's Richard Swank serving as it's first Chief Camaxtli who then went on to become the Chief Supreme Tlaloc. In the following years, four more Chief Camaxtlis of the CSQA would also serve as Chief Supreme Tlalocs.
